Flexible Package

Customized to your own needs!

• The essence of the Flexible package is that you can combine my services according to your needs, selecting what you want to use, in a way that is convenient for you.

  In addition to the ones listed so far:

• Reorganization, redesign of existing spaces in your home, in your existing property taking into account functionality, practicality and aesthetics.

• If you want to apply the energy flow represented by Feng Shui, the colors, shapes and meanings of the elements of earth, metal, water, wood and fire in your home, I can help with that too. Please send me a floor plan to scale, with windows and doors, opening directions and marking North.

• If you do not have the time, capacity, or are abroad, I can take the burden of all the tasks related to the home staging preparation and to the sale of the property off your shoulders, while being in contact continuously.

• I can also help in practice, in decluttering and moving furniture, in the actual packing, tidying up. Here, unless the agreement contains otherwise, the presence of the owner is recommended.

• You can entrust me with the supervision of construction, painting, tiling, drywalling, etc. in your absence.

• If you didn't find anything in this list but it's related to real estate and makes your life easier, feel free to ask!
